what type of paint do you use?

I love spray paint and I try to incorporate this in the majority of my work. That being said, it always depends on the job. Location and surface play a huge role in the decision making process here. For example, water based aerosol paint is perfect for indoor projects or around crowds, whereas a more traditional style acrylic or even enamel paint is great for outdoors and longevity.

What is the process of having a mural created for me and my home?

Each mural and project is a unique team effort between us. It all starts with an idea, a conversation, and a consultation that forms the base for the needs of the project. We decide to move forward together and a deposit for the project is paid to cover design time and any needed materials. The next step is the design process where a few thumbnail sketches and/or layouts are presented. Feedback is taken and discussed, and adjustments are made to finalize the plan. The next step is the production or application of the final piece.

how do you charge for murals/projects?

That’s a great question. Since each project is unique and custom, and carries its own set of circumstances the material cost and hourly rate in turn reflects that. I am happy to provide an estimate, but first I’ll need a few questions answered as follows: 1. What type of art are you looking for? Ex: a custom mural, custom logo design, a logo painted mural, vinyl signage application, a canvas, a digital design, etc. 2. Where would you like the artwork applied? ->please send pictures 3. What are the dimensions? 4. What is the material you would like it on and has the surface been washed or primed appropriately for the job? (brick, cinderblock, drywall, wood, canvas, etc.) 5. What is the timeline you envision for the project’s start and completion? 6. Are there any restrictions on when the application can occur?
